The employee can be hired full-time once they have completed a mutually agreed minimum period of work with Nettop. However, we understand that urgent hiring needs may arise. Therefore, if you wish to hire the employee before the agreed period is completed, we offer the option to do so by paying an additional fee.

As part of our payroll service agreement, the client may choose to transfer one or more of their employees to Nettop, which will act as the employer of these workers.
Through this process, the client retains direct supervision over the transferred employees, maintaining control over daily tasks and work direction. However, by transferring us the employer responsibility, the client is freed from the complexities associated with managing compensation, social benefits, and government deductions, among others.
